Ordering and Delivery Issues

How is my order dispatched?

The wall charts are dispatched via Royal Mail or DHL, packaged in brown cardboard tubes printed with our company logo.

Pocket Posters are dispatched via Royal Mail or DHL in A4 or A5 box.

The interactive software and worksheets are dispatched via Royal Mail in a cardboard sleeve.

How long will I have to wait for delivery?

All orders are dispatched within 7 working days unless an item is out of stock.

Next working day delivery is available at checkout, if ordered before 1:00pm.

Can I order through my school and be invoiced for the items?

Yes, as long as your order has been authorised by your school. Please supply an order number where possible.

Can I pay with a credit or debit card?

Yes, purchases can be made by all major credit and debit cards, via World Pay.

Are my payments handled securely?

Yes, Worldpay's secure servers handle all payments.

Which currencies are accepted?

WorldPay Payments can be accepted in Pounds Sterling, Euros and US Dollars.

What are the Postage and Packaging charges?

UK orders:

  • Order value up to £39.50 - £3.95
  • Order value over £39.50 - £5.95
  • *Non-mainland & Scottish Highlands - £7.95
  • **Next working day delivery - £7.95
  • **Orders must be received before 1pm Monday to Friday; orders received Friday will be delivered Monday.
  • Post codes beginning: AB, BT, DG, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JY, KA, KW, PA, PH, TD, TR, ZE.
  • *Does not qualify for next day delivery. Please call for a quote

The website automatically calculates Postage and Packaging charges.

  • Excluding VAT and Postage & Packaging costs.
  • Order must be received before 1 p.m. Monday - Thursday to qualify for next working day delivery.

Wall Charts

Size

Most of our wall charts are A1 in size. The physical dimensions of A1 are 840 x 594mm. Our Dinotown KS1 charts are C2 in size, physical dimensions 648 x 458mm.

  • Gloss Paper (Pacesetter) wall charts - From £3.95 each (excluding V.A.T.)
  • Laminated charts - From £7.50 each (excluding V.A.T.).
  • Set discounts and promotional discounts are often available.

Are the wall charts laminated?

A selection of our wall charts are available laminated (75 Micron clear polyester both sides).

Material

All of our charts are printed on 170gsm gloss paper; the same as a typical poster found in high street stores.

Licence Options

  • Classroom Licence
    A Classroom Licence permits lifetime use of the software on up to 35 computers within one specific classroom or computer suite located at one address only. Classroom licences do not grant permission for use outside of the classroom or allow for installation on a network, learning platform and/or publication over the web.
  • Site Licence
    A Site Licence permits lifetime use of the software (including network installation) within one school located at one address only. Site Licences do not grant permission for use outside the school or allow for installation on a learning platform and/or publication over the web.
  • VLE Licence
    A VLE Licence permits lifetime use of the software on a learning platform, by school employees, teachers and students from one school where the learning platform is located at one address only.

How To Use This Website

To browse our products, use the topic headings on the left hand side of the screen. You are free to 'Shop' without logging in or registering. To add items to the 'Shopping Basket' simply select the required items and click the 'Add to Basket' button. Once you are happy with the items you have selected, you will need to log in or register. Enter your billing and delivery information and 'Proceed to Checkout'.

Registering

New customers to the website will need to register before submitting an order. To register with the site enter your email address (this will become your username) and choose a password. You will need to remember these details for when you use the site in the future.

Payment

Payments are handled securely by World Pay using major credit and debit cards. Payments can be accepted in Pounds Sterling, Euros and US Dollars.

Logging In

If you are a returning customer, you will need to log on to the site using the username and password supplied when you registered. All your address details should have been retained by the site, along with any previous orders.

Checkout

Once you are happy with your order, you can 'proceed to checkout'. You will need to complete your delivery and billing address details, agree to our terms and conditions and confirm your order is correct before proceeding.
