How to Use this Website
To browse our products use the topic headings on the left hand side of the screen. To add items to the 'Shopping Basket' new customers will need to Register with the site, and exisiting customers will need to login to the site. Once you have done this you are free to 'Shop'. When you are happy with the items you have selected, you will need to select your correct postal location and 'Proceed to Checkout'. there are 3 simple steps to complete. The final step is to choose a payment method in order to complete your order.
Registering
New customers to the website will need to register before using the site. To register with the site enter your email address (this will become your username) and choose a password. You will need to remember these details for using the site in the future.

Logging In If you are a returning customer, you will need to log on to the site using the username and password supplied when you registered. All your address details should have been retained by the site, along with any previous orders.

To shop simply click on the 'Add to Basket' button next to the product images. This will pop up another window for you to select a quantity before the item is added to the order.

Postage
Before you can proceed to checkout you will need to choose your postal location. These locations are split into UK, Non mainland UK, Europe and ROW (Rest of the World.) Please choose your postal location carefully to ensure you are charged at the correct rate.

Once you are happy with your order, you can 'proceed to checkout'. This involves 3 more simple steps. You will need to complete your delivery and billing address details, agree to our terms and conditions and confirm your order is correct before proceeding to payment.

1. What size are the wallcharts?
Most of our wallcharts are A1 in size. The physical dimensions of A1 are 840 x 594mm.
Dinotown KS1 charts are C2 in size, physical dimensions 648 x 458mm.
2. How much do the wallcharts cost?
All of our wallcharts cost £3.50 per individual chart.
3. Are the wallcharts laminated?
No. We do not laminate the wallcharts as this causes shipping difficulties and an increase in shipping charges. The charts have a gloss finish.
4. What is the paper weight of the charts?
All of our charts are 175 gsm with a gloss finish, this is the same as a typical poster found in high street stores.
5. Are there any charts available for Key Stage 1?
Yes, we now have a range of charts called Dinotown, which have been designed specifically for KS1.

1. How are the wallcharts sent to me?
Charts are delivered in brown cardboard tubes which are printed with our company logo.
2. How are the revision booklets sent to me?
These are sent in an A5 box within a courier bag.
3. Are the charts always in stock?
Yes, we always hold stock of our charts. In normal circumstances availability is not a problem.
4. Can I pay by with a credit or debit card?
Yes, purchases can be made by all major credit and debit cards, via World Pay.
5. Are my payments handled securely?
Yes, Worldpay's secure servers handle all payments.
6. Which currencies are accepted?
WorldPay Payments can be accepted in Pounds Sterling, Euros and US Dollars.
7. How much are the postage and packaging charges?
For mainland UK orders:
P & P for WallCharts
Orders of up to 10 wallcharts the p & p charge is £3.95 (Overseas prices are quoted individually)
Orders of up to 11 wallcharts and more the p & p charge is £5.95 (Overseas prices are quoted individually)
P & P for Revision Booklets
Standard charge of £5.95 per 20 booklets or more. (Overseas prices are quoted individually)
P & P for Maths OHP Transparencies
Standard charge of £5.95 for 1 set or more. (Overseas prices are quoted individually)
