Size
Most of our wall charts are A1 in size. The physical dimensions of A1 are 840 x 594mm. Our Dinotown KS1 charts are C2 in size, physical dimensions 648 x 458mm.

Are the wall charts laminated?
A selection of our wall charts are available laminated (75 Micron clear polyester both sides).
Material
All of our charts are printed on 170gsm gloss paper; the same as a typical poster found in high street stores.

How To Use This Website
To browse our products, use the topic headings on the left hand side of the screen. You are free to 'Shop' without logging in or registering. To add items to the 'Shopping Basket' simply select the required items and click the ?Add to Basket? button. Once you are happy with the items you have selected, you will need to log in or register. Enter your billing and delivery information and 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Registering
New customers to the website will need to register before submitting an order. To register with the site enter your email address (this will become your username) and choose a password. You will need to remember these details for when you use the site in the future.
Payment
Payments are handled securely by World Pay using major credit and debit cards. Payments can be accepted in Pounds Sterling, Euros and US Dollars.
Logging In
If you are a returning customer, you will need to log on to the site using the username and password supplied when you registered. All your address details should have been retained by the site, along with any previous orders.
Checkout
Once you are happy with your order, you can 'proceed to checkout'. You will need to complete your delivery and billing address details, agree to our terms and conditions and confirm your order is correct before proceeding.

How is my order dispatched?
The wall charts are dispatched via Royal Mail or DHL, packaged in brown cardboard tubes printed with our company logo.
Pocket Posters are dispatched via Royal Mail or DHL in A4 or A5 box.
The interactive software and worksheets are dispatched via Royal Mail in a cardboard sleeve.
How long will I have to wait for delivery?
All orders are dispatched within 7 working days unless an item is out of stock.
Next day delivery is available at checkout.
Can I order through my school and be invoiced for the items?
Yes, as long as your order has been authorised by your school. Please supply an order number where possible.
Can I pay by with a credit or debit card?
Yes, purchases can be made by all major credit and debit cards, via World Pay.
Are my payments handled securely?
Yes, Worldpay's secure servers handle all payments.
Which currencies are accepted?
WorldPay Payments can be accepted in Pounds Sterling, Euros and US Dollars.
